Enterprise development


Prangarik Pathshala(school of agriculture) is providing training on enterprise development and entrepreneurship to young people, farmers, potential entrepreneurs and rural people, Training of Trainers (ToT) to lead farmers, young people and social mobilizers. Additionally, we are providing technical assistance and mentorship to farming communities and rural people to develop and run small, micro and medium scale enterprises.

We organize programs for sensitization & awareness on micro-enterprise development such as orientation/sensitization/awareness workshop and meetings etc. We have developed Micro-enterprise/entrepreneurship Development training package with the assistance of related experts and highly experienced trainers for farmers and potential entrepreneurs. The training exposes the farmers and potential entrepreneurs to the fundamentals of micro-enterprise, help build confidence, and to provide basic knowledge and skills in starting micro-enterprise. The training focusses on the development of entrepreneurial capacity, business identification and selection, market and marketing strategies and business planning and management.

Enterprise development/Entrepreneurship training

Prangarik Pathshala has been providing quality and needs-based entrepreneurship training to young men and women, farmers, potential trainers and professionals. Through entrepreneurship training, it wants to equip young people, farmers and potential trainers with the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and knowledge and skills of business planning essential for the success of an entrepreneur involved in small and medium scale enterprise or business.

Entrepreneurship skill development training includes contents on entrepreneurship as well as training methodologies that enable effective facilitation, participatory and experiential learning. The learning approaches are based on participatory learning approach and actively engage participants in the training activities. Participatory methods and creative tools are employed throughout the trainings, to facilitate better learning on entrepreneurship.

During the entire training period, the trainers act as a “facilitator”. He/she “facilitates” participatory and experiential learning and creates the conditions and the environment in which trainees will express their own ideas, discover and practice knowledge and skills.
